Anticipation is greater than actualization.  Sam the Inspirational Nomad made it down to the beach in south Florida and he is realizing that it is not all sunshine and roses.  My actualization of living in this condo in northern Virginia is not a bad actualization at all.  Due to the now remote aspect of my job and now being able to work remotely I can actually work from Colorado for a few weeks and then work from Virginia for a few weeks.  It actually is not all that bad.  And as of today it appears that we are still free to drive across the country without any hindrance from the government.  I am no longer able to fly but I might like driving even better.  It is actually fun and not that bad.  I can drive eight hours per day and I can fast while I am driving.  It's just as good as sitting around and doing nothing while I fast and even better in a way.  And I can listen to Pastor Murray on the radio all the way there and all the way bac...

 It would take getting a big loan from the government.  And structuring the loan so that I would not be personally liable for it.  Have the opportunity zone take care of it.  I would just present the idea.  But what money is needed?  Well to give a kid real hope.  Tell the kid if he passes the classes and shows improvement and gets good grades he will not be kicked out of school.  Start him out with simple coding exercises and labs.  Recruiting for the scholarship would be the critical thing.  You would want to pick the kid who you think had the best chances of success and who was motivated to change his life and his family's life.  He'd have to be around 15 and have time to study.  Now even a kid who is playing football, or active in sports, or who has other things going on could qualify if he could commit one hour each day during the week and 2 hours on each day on the weekends.  The scholarship provides a desk and a cod...

Investigate KBF White House Opportunity Zones.  Find a programmer that can help to train underprivileged kids how to code.  They can do it the same as they can learn to read and write.  The objective would be to get them to making $40 per hour without any debt.  Maybe start with young kids living at home and provide them with the opportunity to help support the household financially in time. The beautiful think about the coding skills is that the worker can work remote.  A child having to leave the household automatically weakens that household.  Allow them to stay at home while making money and only after a substantial savings and investment account has been established do they consider buying their own home and it can be purchased in the same geographical location as the parents. I made an interesting discovery yesterday.  While sitting here and writing and trying to describe the idea in my head I came across Kingdom Business Fellowship.  Exactly what I had in mind and of course under the guidance of Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne who gave me the idea in the first place.  Give 90% to the church and live on the tithe.

Sam tells it like he see's it.  He hated New Jersey and loved Florida and he did what it took for him to make the move.  He's down there now and he's facing the problem of buying a home.  I was very lucky.  Maybe I make more than Sam makes or maybe I just saved for more years and spent less money over the years.  I was able to purchase a home in cash that is about 100k more than he is looking at and he is talking about taking out a loan.  He hates the thought of taking out a loan as much as I do.  Thank God I was able to get my home without having to borrow any money.  It still costs me $675 per month to live here just for property taxes and hoa.  Not to mention federal income taxes, state income taxes, auto insurance, home insurance, medical insurance, internet connection bill, phone bill, gasoline, automobile maintenance.  Not one thing I have listed there is unique to me.  Everybody is dealing with the high cost of living.  ...
